一家原先专门出版哥特式风格和吸血鬼漫画的公司，不过在获得了Robotech漫画的出版许可后其绘画风格发生了很大的转变。它接手 Eternity Comics 之后，完成了Robotech II:The Sentinels、 Return to Macross 和 Aftermath 的其余部分。另外出版的系列包括Clone、Warriors、 Academy Blues、Macross Missions、Mechangel、Robotech: The Movie 以及 Worlds of Robotech 等。在他们获得出版许可的两年半时间里，公司几乎将全部精力都用于了出版 Robotech 相关书籍上面。由于对其出版质量的不满，金和声公司在1996年收回了颁发给他的许可证。Academy Comics是出版 Robotech 漫画数量最多的公司。

这是惟一的一家目前依然握有 Robotech 漫画出版许可的公司。在这两年的时间里(1997至1998)，Antarctic 出版了一些小型的系列及单行本，如 Vermilion 、Sentinels : Rubicon、Covert Ops 以及 Wings of Gibraltar。Antarctic 公司的绘画质量明显好于Academy，但其故事脉络却大大偏离了TV 系列与 Robotech 小说的范畴，为此引起许多 Robotech爱好者的不满。因此，金和声公司决定不再更新授权他们出版自己的新系列漫画如 Robotech 3000，这在实际上终止了对其的授权。
