COMICO THE COMIC COMPANY 是从玩具制造商 Revell - 而不是从金和声公司那里- 获得许可证作为首家得到 Robotech 商标出版许可的公司，发行了按照 Robotech 的 TV系列剧情编写的全套漫画（有关 Revell 的情况请参考站内的相关介绍），他们的名字同时也出现在 TV 系列中每一集结束部分的致谢名单中。COMICO THE COMIC 于1989年宣告破产并于翌年停业。

从1988年开始，Eternity 以每月一卷的速度出版了按照未完成的 Robotech II: The Sentinels TV 系列制作的漫画书，内容主要参照"哨兵"的原始剧本和 Jack McKinney 的小说。Eternity 后来以哨兵的名义出版了一系列的相关漫画，其中包括Sentinels 泳装系列、Sentinels 电视脚本、Sentinels 图画小说等。其它重要的作品包括佐尔传奇、因维得战争、重返麦克罗斯等。九十年代后期，ETERNITY公司为 Marvel 所并购。
